tkpk5 Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all members when using the tkpk5 platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.

Important Notice: The tkpk5 platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, please do not use this site. By accessing the platform you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the tkpk5 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). By accessing the tkpk5 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you fully agree to these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are considered an integral part of this Agreement.

Important: tkpk5 operates as a safe and reliable platform. We ensure SSL encryption and fair play. These terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time for reasonable cause. Members will be duly notified of any changes.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use the services on tkpk5, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful personal information, including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details.
  • Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You must agree to provide the documents required for identity verification (KYC).
  • Your account may not be used for commercial or professional gambling purposes.
Warning: If an account is opened with false information or inaccurate details are provided during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

If any information provided at registration changes, the member must notify tkpk5 without delay. The member bears full responsibility for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3 Account Security & Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your tkpk5 account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Your login details must not be shared with any third party.

  • Use a strong password that is not easy to guess.
  • It is advisable to change your password regularly.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

tkpk5 will never ask for your password or full payment details by phone, email, or live chat. Any such request may be a fraud attempt.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

tkpk5 supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking and payment methods. Currently available payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same across all methods).
  • Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.
  • Deposits must comply with the applicable limits of your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
Note: In cases of suspected fraud or unusual transactions, tkpk5 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending additional verification.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

New members on tkpk5 have the opportunity to receive a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x, applied to the bonus amount only.

Bonus Examples

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
  • Deposit ৳10,000 or more → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total balance ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirement Example

For a ৳2,000 bonus: ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in total wagers must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own validity period, which generally begins from the date the bonus is credited.
  • Once a bonus is claimed, another bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • If deposited funds are withdrawn before the bonus requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled.
  • tkpk5 reserves the right to exclude any member from any promotional offer if there is evidence of misuse.
  • Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes only. Any strategy using bonus funds to generate risk-free profit will be considered fraudulent.
Please note: If tkpk5 detects unusual betting patterns, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and, where necessary, investigate the account.

6 Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using tkpk5's services:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activity.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Threatening, harassing, or insulting other members.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
  • Providing false or misleading information.

If a member is found to have engaged in any of the above activities, tkpk5 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

7 Responsible Gaming

tkpk5 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, but it can become an addiction. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

  • Set a weekly or monthly deposit limit for yourself.
  • Do not place bets to try to recover lost money.
  • Avoid playing under stress or under the influence of alcohol.
  • If you feel that gambling is getting out of your control, contact us right away.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tkpk5 platform — including designs, logos, graphics, software code, game content, written materials, and all other elements — is owned by tkpk5 or its associated licensors and is protected under copyright law.

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the platform without written permission from tkpk5 is prohibited.
  • tkpk5's trademarks or brand identity may not be used without authorization.
  • Platform content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use.

If a member submits any content to the platform, tkpk5 is deemed to have been granted a non-exclusive right to use that content.

9 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The tkpk5 platform operates on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot accept liability in the following situations:

  • Temporary unavailability due to internet connectivity issues or server maintenance.
  • Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Errors in game software providers' systems.
  • Unforeseen technical errors beyond tkpk5's control.
  • Issues with the member's own device or network.
Important: In any situation, tkpk5's maximum liability will be limited to the current balance in the member's account.

The member agrees to protect tkpk5, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the member's breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms

tkpk5 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time due to service improvements, legal requirements, or business changes.

  • Members will be notified as far in advance as possible before any significant changes take effect.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
  • If a member does not agree with the changes, they may close their account.

Members are advised to visit this page regularly to stay informed about the latest version of the terms and conditions.

11 Account Suspension, Restrictions & Closure

tkpk5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Cooperation with an investigation into money laundering or other financial crimes.
  • At the member's own request.
  • Self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If the account closure is not due to the member's actions, the available balance will be returned after the applicable verification process is completed. Bonus balances are generally non-refundable.

12 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions or complaints regarding these terms and conditions, please contact our support team. We provide assistance in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In the event of any dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through tkpk5's customer support. tkpk5's final decision will be considered binding, provided the member's legal rights are not affected.

Final Note: This document has been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any dispute over language interpretation, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
